White bench seat cover

Okay...y'all can pile on all you want, but I'm thinking of putting a white seat cover in the ol' '67. Does anyone have one in their ride, and is it a witch to keep clean? The truck is gonna be restored by hubby and son for son when he turns 16 (in 2 1/2 years). It'll hopefully be a nice daily driver 'til he can sink more $$ into it after he's out of my hair and house!

The truck is light green original, but I've been trying to talk hubby into changing to vermillion. Think the white seat/door panels will look good with vermillion? I know, I know...it's my decision in the end, but I value the opinions of the fine folks who frequent this forum!!
