Clutch Linkage Picture

CAn someone post a picture of the clutch linkage going throught the floor/ firewall? I have a 1964 Suburban 4WD and am trying to determine if what I have is correct. I don't have a shop manual yet.

Re: Clutch Linkage Picture

If I am seeing correctly, that is where your clutch rod should be....in the round hole in the floor where it meets the firewall.

Re: Clutch Linkage Picture

I was thinking the rod may be going through the wrong hole as the upper hole sure looks a lot cleaner.

Shaq! The clutch down rod don't go thru the rust hole...it go's thru the big neat hole right next to the speedo cable hole (the smaller hole at 11 oclock to the big neat hole). Fix the rust hole though!
