Electrical questions

I'm getting ready to put the new wiring in my '59 project. I bought a complete wiring kit from Factory Fit. I laid out all the harnesses on the kitchen table and labeled everything for easier install and so I could understand where everything goes. So now I have some questions.

I'm running a SBC 350 and installed a single wire alternator. I did order the alternator wiring harness which has not arrived, so that may answer my questions but you guys probably will be able to help me now.

What do I do with the wires that were supposed to go to the generator?

I don't think I need a regulator anymore, but what about the wiring that is supposed to go there?

How do I remove the lighting switch from the dash? Once I get it out, are the terminals labeled? My shop manual has no info on this.

Thanks in advance for any help.
