Non-foulers or Hotter Plugs

I've got two cylinders that take in oil from an unknown source. I don't have the money for a rebuild, I put about 3,000 miles/year on my truck, and it still passes emissions. So this is a problem I'll have to live with for now.

The two spark plugs in these cylinders tend to foul pretty badly. I'm considering either non-foulers or hotter plugs to burn off the extra oil. In fact, I'm considering doing one, then the other as a test of which is more effective.

Who has had experience with either non-foulers or hotter plugs? What results did you see?
