transfer case gear range positions
I have a 69 3/4 ton with a transfer case from a 72 truck...I am needing to know the gear range positions for that transfer case...I am thinking it is this starting towards the front of truck going towards the seat...
4L 4H N 2H I have never had to use it and got to thinking I better find out if I need it..i know pulled back towards the seat is where I have always seen it stay... |

The later NP205 (69-72) 4 Low Neutral 2 High 4 High The earlier T221 (67-69) 2 High 4 High Neutral 4 Low

thanks tim....I wasn't sure...the glovebox has the decal on it still from the factory for the old t221 and it is labeled just like you laid it out...the 4 speed came out years ago and got retrofitted with a 700r4 with the 205 case...
