The pulley number should be 3894044 for 1963 to 1966.

Yes, I would be interested. Please let me know what pulley's you have. The PS pulley will have a pretty big offset.
Thanks,
Les

Re: WTB: Power Steering Pulley for 292 Engine

Still need pulley.

Does anybody know of an alternative pulley, it needs a negative offset of about 1 1/2 , e.g. toward engine from back mounting pulley flange to center line of belt. Do any double pulleys have this offset? Thannks for your help.

Pimpston,

Have you tried reversing a pulley on the shaft to see if it works. I thought they might be tapered?

thanks,
Les

i was gonna file the i.d. abit, and since its slotted it will lock in place and the lock it down with a bolt that fits the shaft threaded bolt hole used when its drawn off with a puller. i didnt try it. its was just an idea... i scraped the idea and sold my parts cuz i didnt wanna change the original gearbox. so i just left it alone. plus when i did drive it(into storage) it turned fine without ps, but im looking for the original feel.
