Post Texas board member wanted to buy my truck?

Several years ago, long before I found this forum, a gentleman approached me in Weaverville, CA and was interested in buying my truck. It wasn't for sale, and still isn't - I've owned it for 27 years, and if I ever get rid of it, one of my sons has long since laid claim to it! I think the guy said he was from Texas, where he had several of these old trucks. He passed through Northern California frequently, and may have been a truck driver, though I'm not sure. Just curious if he might be a fellow board member here.
