blazer tire and model opinions
I took the 35x12.50x15 tires off of blazer, too big for my gearing and what I plan to use it for. I also might remove part of 4" lift.
I am leaning towards 31's or 32" tires. Can all with pics of small lift and thes sizes of tires post pics so I can get this decission made. I don't want BFG AT's but am open to other AT brands and sizes. All opinions welcome. thanks.

32" BFG on '72, no lift
I have 4 brand new 32x10.50x15 BFG AT's that I will be selling, with wheels. Here's pic on my '72 with no lift before I started the rebuild.

Smaller Lift
I'm doing the same...taking off the 4" lift and going to a 2-1/2". Mainly due to ride quality and the fact that it's mostly driven on the pavement anyway. still running my 33's though.
Blazer #2 gets a 6" lift and 35's for playing. Yes, I already own #2. It's under construction. |

Great question. I am running into a similar issue, however, I want to add a lift. I was considering a 2-1/2" but could not find anyone that makes a 2-1/2 suspension lift, so I am now looking at possibly a 4" lift. I don't want to go any larger than 33x12.50 tires. Can anyone tell me who makes a 2-1/2 suspension lift?

Dragon slayer
Skyjacker makes a 2.5" lift. That's what I'm going with...

Lift
I'm removing my brand new 4" E-Z ride all spring lift soon, if anybody is interested in buying it...it's never been driven.
Going with the Skyjacker's 2.5" lift that Skid mentioned before. |
