The body panels alone on that truck look like they'd be worth double the asking price, the question should be is there any reason i shouldn't?

$400? Heck yeah! Especially if it runs. If not it still looks like its in good shape. Easily worth that in parts alone. If it runs use it as a work truck....a flatbed like that would be handy

Where is it parked? I would think someone would snatch it up. Maybe the price of gas has slowed the buyers market...

Brinnon Washington near hoods canal
heres email they are asking 400.00 firm
Attached are two pictures of the truck. I do not recommend it for daily use,
although you could, but it is great for occasional hauling. Currently the
left front headlight is out, the glass is missing from the right wing
window, and it burns a little oil. This is just a common beater that does
seem to run
well though. I am selling it in order to get a new Ford Ranger. I need a
higher mpg rig for regular use.

I was offered a similar truck, in worse looking condition, for $1100 Cdn a few years ago. And I figured that was a good deal! Jostrans, even if you don't want the truck, where is your entrepreneurial spirit? Snag it up and resell for $1000 profit!
