How can you take your blazer all apart, and still have such a clean garage?

You are funny.
Or should I say you are just like me!
You take an old dirty rig that looks like he!! and put it in the garage.
That's exactly what I did with my 67.
My wife gives me crap all the time! She says "why bother putting this in the garage!" I say, "It's old. It'd paid it's dues. And it deserves to stay indoors!". Sort of like an old hunting dog that is retired.
Looks like a great project! Glad to see you have rescued it!

Spent most of last night tring to get my center U-J back together so did not get time to check this last night. Left the other two as is, and just put the drive shaft back in with one new U-j and a new hanger berring.
Looks like you have a good start, and I could see the top of one of the new I-fenders in the back of the blazer. How did the frame look once you got the front clip off?

Pic 4 looks like your leaning a little. Could be from all of the parts in the back. if not may want to check the body mounts on the drivers side before your start bolting any thing new on.

If you have not sold your trucks you should be able to measure them for the door opening. As far as I know you can take a truck door and make a blazer door, so they should have the same opening. I'll try to see what mine is today or the first of the week and let you know, but it still has the org mounts that may have settled some.
