That's funny. Nothing more laughable than a stick on-nonfunctional-plastic blower. I can't even bring myself to like those stick on hood scoops I see on a lot of trucks and imports. You know, the ones that are supposed to look like ram air type scoops. If you search on ebay for turbos, you will find someone selling a marine engine compartment blower motor as a add on power booster. AND, people buy it!!!

I have an idea for an electrically operated power booster.I think I can package it for about the same as a NOS kit(maybe less). So watch for it on E-Bay and buy one while they're new.

The idea these guys have is good, but it shoudl have a speed control on it. Otherwise you are giving full boost at low RPM. And less boost at higher RPM. If the blower motor can even put out enough at the high RPM to overcome what the engine draws in itself. You would need to move a lot of CFM to make it make boost and not vacuum. I'm not saying it can't be done, I'm saying the guys on ebay are going about it all wrong.
