Question Need Opinions Please

I PURCHASED A 67 COWL HOOD, 67 L & R FENDERS AND RAD.
SUPPORT AND INNER FENDERS FROM TIM CHRISTIAN, I HAVE
THE GRILL SECTION FROM A TRUCK I SCRAPPED OUT AND A
COWL WITH NO ANTENNA HOLE RESCUED FROM JUNK YARD.

( ALL THIS IS GOING ON MY 1972 K5 4WD BLAZER PROJECT )

HERE IS WHAT I WANT TO KNOW FROM YOU GUYS,

1. SHOULD I LEAVE LIGHTS IN GRILL SUPPORT AND GO WITH
A 67-70 STYLE FRONT BUMPER ON THE BLAZER PROJECT.

2. SHOULD I LEAVE THE LIGHTS OUT OF THE GRILL AND GO
WITH A 71-72 FRONT BUMPER WITH THE LIGHTS IN IT.

I'd leave the lights in the grille and go with a 67-70 bumper.

Given the 2 choices, I'd probably go with the smooth front bumper and leave the lights in the grille

Leave them in the grill, it looks good. Get some clear lenses for 'em, and put some crazy colored bulbs in it to be different. PS.... YOU HAVE A PM from me.

Definitely leave lights in grill, but maybe mount some running lights in the light spoaces of the old 71/71 bumper.

I'd put the 71 bumper on and find some good bright 'off-roadin' type lights to put in it with the turn signal/marker lights still in the grill. That's what I plan on doin once I get my clip swapped anyway!

I would love to see a Blazer with a 67 front clip on it. I think that it would look awesome.
How many heads do you think that that would turn for those of us that know anything about these trucks.

Do it!

I think the lights look great in the grill.

As someone posted above, I think it would look great to have the blinkers in the grill, and run the 71-72 bumper with square off road lights in the bumper if you can find a set that would fit good in there.

Ok, I completely misread this post.

I thought that you were thinking of putting a 67 clip on her.

I'm not so sure but I like the lights in the bumper look, it just looks cleaner.

Ok, I get it now. That's gonna look cool. You converting to 2wd drop, or you keeping it stock? Either way that should be one smooth ride.
