that old dump truck could have the big valve "fuelies"(2.02/1.6 valves). I do agree, that they arent worth big change tho......for what it would cost to rebuild them, you can almost be into aftermarket heads that will outflow them
 been there, done that! many yrs ago, I built a set of 492's (Z28/LT1 casting). This was just before all the aftermarket stuff came along, & the bottom line was they cost only about $150 less than I paid for the Edelbrocks on my 383! just a little fruit for thought....good luck,crazyL
