Thumbs up Who is going to make the Power Tour?

I'm going from Ft. Worth to Springfield. Anyone else going that I should be on the lookout for?

I'm trying to do some last minute things to my truck. I've been driving it every day trying to work out any small problems. I'm touching up the paint, cleaning up the engine, doing a complete tune up with new belts, hoses, chrome alternator, water pump, and thermostat. I'm also having the driveshaft rebalanced and having new u-joints installed.

Any ideas on extra parts to carry?

Just talked to some of the people that put the Power Tour on over the weekend and its going right by me again. From Springfield it will go to Jeff City then on to St Louis. I heard it may be on a Tuesday this time.

I was going to go, but now I'm not so sure. I have a swap meet that weekend in Enis and I'm not letting my spaces go to waste. If I'm not exhausted from the swap, I may tag along with some friends that are going from Arlington to Tulsa and back.

I would carry a spare alternator along with you because you never know what can happen.

I wanted to do the entire thing but I dont believe my truck is going to be ready in time. To many other things going on. I do want to do the leg from chicago to green bay though. I live on the edge of green bay. If anybody is interested in that leg let me know. Maybe we could put together something in green bay for everybody to get together.
