This was a one-time set and they had to redo them a 2nd time for rotor clearance.
Oops. I can't post pics. I clicked "attachments", but there must be more to it now. Any help would be appreciated.

did you have to buy those special 9/16 thread lugnuts that cost 60 dollars for a set?

ive got some Hd caps and they are currently held on with the metric nuts kinda started on the threads of the stud with the standard nuts holding the wheel down Previous owners handy work

and i would like to get some standard nuts with the threads on the outside but there going to cost 60 bucks from some place online.

Just curious as to what you had to do to put them caps on .

At least now I know I'm not the only one who calls those wheels "slots". Thats what I have on my '68 2500. These wheels used to be pretty popular when I was growing up and everyone back then called them slots. Real thick in the center and takes a long, shank type lug nut with a washer.

Does anyone knows the manufacturer, real name of the wheel, and if they had center caps?

All are great lookin wheels and trucks guys!

Thumbs up

Had a set of "slots" on a 70 Nova. They were made by a company called Ansen. Real thick centers and took a lug bolt about 1 1/2"-2" long. Hope this helps?
