Whats a DANA 60 worth?
I have a redone DANA 60 from a 1977 K30 for sale. I am parting out the truck. The prices for these seem to be all over the place. Have not seen a decent one for sale in about two around where I live so what should I be asking for this. This has good rotors, thick pads and clean calipers. All the steering parts are in very good shape. This is a 4.10.
Thanks. |

I would say $1700 - $1800 would be a fair price in the condition you describe.

1700- 1800 seems a bit pricey to me. for just the frontend i wouldn't consider paying much more than 1200 and that would have to be in really good shape. i bought a running SRW 80 1 ton and drove it 200 miles home for 1400 and the front of it was in good shape, no leaks and usable brakes. i have seen 1 ton front/rear pairs go for 1500 or a little more around here though. to me a good price is 1000 bucks

I agree, $1000 sounds good. unless I am reading your post wrong...if its a fresh rebuild with 0 miles, then it will be worth some more.
