BRAKE LINES - 4 8" LIFT
Talked To Several Of You Already About My Blazer Build
Have A 96" Garage Opening So It Will Always Be Topless. It Is A 72 K5 4wd W/ A 67 Nose Job And A Cowl Hood. Will Have A 8" Skyjacker Suspension, 38" Nitto Mud Grapplers And M/t Classic 2's ( 10" Or 12" Wide? ) My Question Is, The Lift Kit Includes Everything But Brake Lines, So Is There Anyone Out There Who Reccomends A Certain Co. For The Brake Lines? I'm Not A Cheap Guy, But No Junk.

I installed a set of stainless steel lines from Superlift. This was for a 6" lift, but I think that they will also work with 8". Go with the longer unit in the rear. The short unit didn't come anywhere close to being long enough, and yet it was for a 6" kit also.

same for me, except i got a skyjacker lift and used theirs. i think any company that sells the complete kits sells brake lines as well. i also looked to my local napa and they said they could order Earls SS lines for it as well.

I have heard bad things about some of the stainless lines. I don't remember which brand, but it is apparently a problem how the stainless lines meet the end fittings. They have a tendancy to split there. Do a search on the ColoradoK5 message boards. I know the subject has come up often over there. Several of the guys have just stuck with the cheap break lines at NAPA. Someone posted a part number at one point in time, but I think it worked for a 6" lift.
