WTB - Original Tow Hooks for 69 - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I have a 69 GMC 3/4 4x4 and would like to buy some original tow hooks (reasonably priced if there is such a thing) for this truck. I'm not real "hip" on which ones are correct. Could someone explain the differences? I know this has been discussed at some length, but I came up empty handed when I did a search. Thanks. Brian

Great. That's what I figured. Are the 67-68's one style and the 69-72's another? Are the 72's a one year only thing? Thanks. Brian

Well the 67/68 are way different . The hooks on that ebay link i think are 69/71 . The hooks with the exterme curl i have seen only on 72's .

There is a third style, like the 69-72, except the bend of the hooks is much more severe to the sides. Maybe someone has a pic of those?
