Headers came in

My Sanderson Block hugger headers came in today, I can't say that much for the workmanship of them, there was a dent in one of the headers from sometype af a sharp object that they decided to just coat over, I had to drive to town and pickup High Temp RTV because they don't use gasket nor do they supply the RTV or Collector bolts, Also the colloctors are so short it's rediculas, I can't even weld in a O2 Sensor bung in them. I still put them on because I waited a month for these and I need my truck back on the road. Installed the Plugs and wires and got to here the new engine come to life, definitely gonna need some tweeking but did sound strong. Can't wait to get it on the road again.

That's too bad there was damage - you spend that kind of money, you should get a perfect product!

Yeh, not to happy with them but I need this on the road. Seams that everyone I have to deal with only thinks I work on this truck for something to do and I have no intention of driving it. I have been fabbing the exhaust up out of some old pipe from previous usage I had laying around. I fab it up take the section down to Meinake they fab up a copy using a single peice I go back and start on next section. Got one one side all the way back to rear axle this afternoon and was short a 32in peice for other side. Then I have to get back on trying to get this thing dialed in. Fuel Injection, oh the fun...
