[Pic] My friend's 78 C10 doing a nice burnout

One of my friends with his truck. 17" TTII's, 245/45 up front 255/55 out back. Front has heated springs, and rear has homemade shackles. Right now, it's stock 350 on the under, but he's got a 454 sitting on the shelf for it.

That's what I said, but I've rode in it, and it rides better than my truck!

when you say "better" do you mean, the ride is softer? and not as harsh?

I mean BETTER! It doesn't bounce all over on a road that is not 110% perfect.

There ya go...I wished I would have used all rubber on mine. Even thought it may handle SEMI-decent..it still sucks for cruising, cuz it's so bouncy. Although, it may not help that there's no weight over the rear (no bumper or gate)

with all poly bushings, it should be very stiff, and not bouncy.

Nice burn out

Eric- your ride shouldn't be bad. Both my trucks are 5" down in front and ride fine, and the 78 uses stock shocks

peg leg burnouts don't make for good pics, even if it is through every gear. i won't have that problem in about a month though
