Description
You are bidding on a gauge cluster for a GMC or Chevrolet truck.

This cluster came out of a 1973 Chevrolet Suburban with 59,045 original miles. I bought this cluster to put in my 1978 Chevy pickup but because of the number of modifications it would take to use it, I'm reselling it instead.

And YES, technically, this unit would FIT in a 1973, 1974, 1975, 1976, 1977, 1978, 1979, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, or 1987 GMC or Chevrolet but there are many varitions, so please ask questions before bidding.

Some of the unique features of this cluster is, of course, the tach, which I did hook up to my truck and tested. It works fine. I'm not certain about the other gauges. This cluster has an AMP gauge, not volt meter, unique to the older models, It has a MECHANICAL oil pressure gauge, not electric like the newer models. Also has electric fuel and temp gauges. The speedometer is 0 - 100 MPH, no KPH. Tach reads 0 - 5000 rpm.

This is a very clean cluster with no rust and nice paint on the faces and needles. The automatic trans shift indicator has a broken connecting cable. All of the mounting 'ears' are good except for the section right below the speedo face.

These pictures where taken with the clear cover removed. The cover itself is in pretty decent shape. No deep sctraches. A good polishing would make it look great.

If you have any questions, please email me.

Thanks for looking and GOOD LUCK !!

PS Bid like you want to own it...This is a relist because somebody hit 'buy it now' and didn't.... Thank you!
