'Nother A/C ?, about the controller

I'm getting all the bugs worked out of this a/c slowly but surely. Now I need some controller advice. My current stock a/c controller had the broken lever. I replaced it with the steel lever kit. I was not impressed, but it worked. I would now like to replace the controller with a new one. The new one looks identical except for the vaccum switch. My vac. switch only has two spots for hoses on it, the replacement controller has a vac. switch with a place for three vac hosses on it. Do I just cap one of the three off? Or is there a '67 specific controller with only two vac. hose spots on it?
