Panel/'Burb parts interchange?

Are the tail lights from 'burbs the same as on a panel (I have a '68 panel). And for that matter, are the cab and barn doors the same? My barn doors are OK, but the hinges are a little shaky. A previous owner was kind enough to cut in two sets of speakers in each cab door. Thanks.
