Just finished doing my 72 a couple of days ago. PITA by yourself. You have to drill out all the rivits and install new ones to attach one of the seals. Buy the right ones and the rivit tool from one of the vendors, I don't think those cheap pop rivits would hold up good and the correct ones are inexpensive. I bought the complete weather strip kit from Chevy Duty that includes the complete division bar which I think was the best way to go. It looks better in the end. I have tried the replacement felt in the division bar and it does not look as good. I got ALL of the rivits and the rivit tool. The 2 lower rivits holding the vent frame to the division bar are hard to get to with the tool so I installed them backwards and set them from the felt side. I have a steel work bench with holes drilled in it right at the edge of the bench and I installed a long bolt and nut in one of the holes sticking up to use as a backup for the rivits while setting them with the tool, it was alot more sturdy than trying to prop something up. Once you get going it's not too bad, the second one went way faster. Chevyduty puts more rivits for the seals and frame in the pack than you need but buy extra pivot rivits just in case. They are only .99 cents for a pair.
