guage question

Want to replace my clock with a guage what do you think will be more useful.
A engine temp guage with actual numbers on it so I know my engine temp not just some dashes like my factory temp guage is.
Or a transmission temp guage?

id go with both replace the old engine temp with one with numbers and the clock with a trans temp guage
