WTB- Factory Jack

Yeah, I know they are all pieces of crap, but mine doesn't work at all. Of course I didn't find this out till I needed it.

Anyway, I need a stock jack to replace the hunk-o-junk unit I currently have. Anyone have one that actually works? Maybe someone close so it doesn't cost a fortune to ship?

I have an NOS one for a 77.

Nah - only kidding . I don't even know what the early ones look like . Of all the 73-80's I ever parted i don't think one ever had a jack still in it .
It was GM part number 14018602 , group 8.820 ,screw type jack assembly, also 14001707 handle. See if it is still available. even have the part number for the sticker #465670 .DAVE

79Silv4x4- I'm not sure if the one I have is correct or not. All I want is one that will fit in the stock brackets. I'll get a pic and see if mine matches any of yours...

Dave- Thanks for the numbers. I'll check GMpartsdirsct and see if it is available.

*edit* Dave I checked the numbers, and it's not available from GM

I have one in my '77 Blazer. If I sell it I can always remove the jack and its components prior. I highly doubt it will affect its resale value.

Come on in, there's plenty of room here

I have been under my truck all week getting it ready for a show this weekend. I promise I'll get a pic up soon.

79Silv4x4- I'll get back with you as soon as I get the pic.

bigblock73- Jeff if the others don't work, I'll buy yours.

If the one on my 83 is the same you can have it. Next time you're in town you can swing by and pick it up or I can possibly have my buddy that lives in Garland take it to Stoked Out.
