Unhappy Suggestions needed ........Please!!!!

Ok I thought I lost another header gasket, I changed it out fired Bertha back up and guess what the leak was still there I slide under the truck and there it was a hole in one of the primary tubes about the size of a pencil eraser. I know ya'll warned me about wrapping my headers Which I belive was the cause for the blow out. Any way I need help picking a good set of headers with thick primarys that are coated & wont break the bank any ideas
