OT / Wiper motor question

70 Nova. The wiper motor doesn't work. I replaced it and it still no good. I pulled the cluster out of the dash and replaced the wiper switch and still doesn't work.
Before I pulled the Speedo Cluster out I was getting fire to all terminals on the wiper motor and Pump. Since pulling it out I noticed the fuse was blown now. I replaced the fuse and still don't have any juice to the wiper motor at all. Fuse is good double checked it. With the ignition on I get juce from the fuse terminal. I am testing with one of those test lights.

What I don't understand is that I was getting juice with ignition on to all connectors on pump and wiper motor. Now I don't have any juice at all

Can anybody help on this ?
I know a lot of you guys know more than just the trucks. Any help would be appreciated.
