Engine and Power Brake Question

I recently installed a booster on my 68 1/2 ton. It has drums all the way around. I noticed today that when I released the brake pedal the rpms would go down about 100 rpm for 1-2 seconds them come back up. What causes this?

Thanks

Maybe you need to install a new check valve at the booster from your vaccuum hose.

Yep I was thinking about that to. Would a parts store carry that? Or would I need to go to a place like summit?

Any parts store should have one in the HELP section.
