Questions on price

This weekend I found a guy that has some parts trucks that include the following parts, and would like to know what you guys think I should offer him.

1) Working tac-dash
2) Auto tilt colomn ( seams pritty good )
3) Truck bucket seats & console ( seats need foam & covers, console looks good no cracks.)
4) 700r4 trans ( I would plan on having it rebuilt )
