Jack Parts?

I noticed in the factory assembly manual that the jack levers for my 70 gmc were originally in a pouch or sleeve and then mounted in the cab. Does anyone have a picture or more importantly one for sale? I wondered why mine was wrapped in foam when I got the truck. It reduced the rattleing.

Thanks

Factory set up.

Here's a pic of the original bag.

Thanks!
Is that a white foam material? If so I guess I have whats left of the original wrapped around mine.

Yep. it's a dense foam sheet cut in a pattern, folded over and I guess heat sealed on the edges.

Does anyone have a picture of what the jacks look like exactly? A friend of mine has a couple of jacks he says he got out of some old chevys in his work shop. He told me I could have them as he has been trashing a bunch of them! Then when we left for home I forgot to grab them. But will get'em later, maybe today after work.
