Would like to line my inner fenders...what should I use???
My inner fenders are currently white (like the rest of the pickup) but I would like to have them black but also have something that protects them. I was thinking maybe using Herculiner that is for beds and rolling some of that on. Any other suggestions??? Thanks!

I used Wally world spray in bed liner for my front inner fenders. Whenever I get around to the rear steps, I'll be doing the same. Mine hasn't been on the road for a while and isn't a daily driver so I'm not sure how they will hold up in the long run, but it seems like they will do real well.
Follow the direction real well. I did mine out of the truck so it made it a bit easier.

Have them powder coated in a textured finish.. I have seen a couple of trucks done with it and it looks pretty cool!! The one on the left is called Silver Vein.

Sand'em down, them brush on some Por-15. While the Por-15 is still tacky, spray it with your favorite gloss black rattle can paint. Then your good to go.

BIG J: I like the POR-15 because I can brush it on and I've heard how well this stuff adheres and how strong it is. Why do you need to go over it again with rattle can paint? Isn't already a semi-gloss black?

This is a good thread. I've pulled my two front fenders and I'm wondering the same thing(s). What's wrong with the rubberized undercoating(s)? If I wanted to go with the POR-15, what's the smallest quantity it is available in, since I don't need very much? What to do...what to do!

Powder coating is not an option for me since I will not be removing the inner fenders.

Go to Wally-Mart and get Rust-oleum Hammered in black. I did everything under the hood and looks good and easy to use. Around $4.50 a can. P/ coat is cool but alot easier to fix a scratch with this. When puttin' engine in scraped a few places, touched up with the hammered and couldn't tell it was there.
