I found gold in my driveway....

It may not "look" like gold, but it's about as hard to find. Thanks to forum member Jonboy remembering a buddy in need I have most of the trim I need for my 77 now. What you see is 14 pieces of NOS GM trim. He has some of the missing pieces ordered from GM so I should be pretty close to haveing a full set.....

Yeah I know it's not 77 gold, but I can change that.

Nice!!! How do you plan on changing it to gold color? Ive many times wondered how I would do that, should I eventually try. For a non show truck like mine I think Im going to just remove all the paint and polish the aluminum.. I really like the way that looks..

I dont see any rear-cab trim or door edge guards in that pile *wink*

Unfortunately there is only one way to change the color. It has to be painted. Fortunately the insert color actually has a paint code so it can be duplicted.
BTW-Check your PM's. You never know what you will find

Not this one. I plan to keep the exterior just like it is. Now the stock looking motor is another story....

That's not an oil leak...that's the horsepower sweating...

Mine sweats alot....with all that sweat you'd think I'd have more horsepower....

Looking forward to seeing pics of the trim installed

I don't have it handy. When I get it I'll let you know. I have a couple of NOS 77 pieces coming too. I'll let you know how well it matches....
