Polyurethane cab mount questions

I'm in the process of installing new cab mounts on my truck. I purchased a set of Energy suspension body mounts. The instructions that came with the set says to reuse the existing hardware. From the illustration on the instructions it shows a "Factory Sleeve" (upper) and a "Factory Washer" (lower). The lower washer is no problem. It is listed in the LMC catalog and I am sure it will be available at the dealer. The upper washer is what I'm not sure about. I've looked in several catalogs I have laying around (LMC, Chevy Duty, Classic Industries) and this upper metal sleeve/washer seems to be part of the upper cushion on the stock body mounts. Do I just burn off the rubber on the original mounts and reuse the metal part? I want to have all of the parts ready to go when I start the job. Thanks for the help.

I have that exact same kit under my truck, and I'm pretty sure the kit came with all the parts I needed. The only parts I needed to REUSE was the bolts.

I purchased and installed the same kit last week. I used all my old hardware and the kit only came with the bushings. To remove the washers I put them in soapy water and the old rubber came off.

This kit just came with six mounts. No hardware. I got new bolts with washers at the hardware store. I just ordered new lower retainers at the dealer today because mine are either rotted or missing. Like I said in the above post, its just the upper metal piece I'm wondering about. Thanks for the reply.
