Swap TH350C for 700R4? ?

Have 350C - Lockup Converter will not lock in. Thinking of exchanging with 700R4. Any thoughts on this..

Looking for what this might cost....

Ok, as far as I know you'll need to move the transmission crossmember back a couple of inches, install a TV cable setup, and possibly get a new driveshaft depending on how long of a tailshaft you have on your current TH350... Not sure about costs, or if I am missing anything here...

You'll also need to address locking and unlocking under braking, pretty simple. I also heard of a low vacuum setup as well.
