XXL also had a bad run with Pardue, finally ended up settling with him. I think the guy is capable of doing good work, but has no business being in charge. I agree about calling him, but you will be better off face to face if at all possible.

Anyhow.......it's a shame that Tony just doesn't get it. He's screwed people over many times and has always cried (lied) his way back on the board. Hopefullly he's gone from here for good this time. The other link is self explaining ... good luck man. I hate to say it but in the few years I've been here , I've seen it happen a few times. He makes good after being reprimanded, begs forgiveness and does it all over again. I am only saying this because he had come to me in chat a long while ago and begged me to talk to Josh on his behalf. I did at the time, because I feel everyone deserves a chance to make good, try again. He PROMISED at the time to be good, do right and not start trouble. From what I have seen here it has happened 2 .. now 3 times since.. I seriously doubt you will see Josh lift the ban this time. I can not and am not trying to speak for him.. I just know from experience in dealing with him, that Tony can and will try to make things look good forhimself when in reality he is just covering his ass till the next time. I wish all of you the best in dealing with him. I would suggest googling the BBB and Chamber of Commerce etc in his area. They tend to frown upon people who own businesses screwing customers on a regular basis. Also local small town papers don't tend to charge alot for small ads. We also have quiet a few News Channels that enjoy doing troubleshooting for the consumer. |

Thank JOSH! Banning was the answer!
I am not defending Tony at all,... I was out $150.00 for a grill shell that Tony decided was too expensive to ship. (After saying that $150.00, including shipping, was Ok, and recieving my money order) I wasted 5 or 6 weeks trying to get my money back. I was upset that he was backing out of the deal,... AND more upset when he wouldn't send my money back, or answer my PM's. I posted a thread in the review section, and got an e-mail from Josh the same night. Josh decided to ban Tony. This is the weird part,... Within 15 minutes of recieving my e-mail from Josh, I got a phone call from Tony. Lots of excuses and saying he would send me some money. The real answer to this, was that Tony knew he was banned. He told me he couldn't get on the board because he was banned, and that my money was on the way. Tony had been keeping in touch with what was going on, on this board,... he just wasn't answering my pm's. I recieved my $150.00 last Saturday. When I saw bad69's thread, the first thing I thought was that my money came from bad69's "bumper money". The real deal,... is that Tony wants to be BACK on the board. Sorry this is so long. Bad69,... you got your money cause Tony wants back on. I am done with him. I will let all board members decide for themselves. Just needed to tell my story. THANKS JOSH FOR ALL YOUR HELP!This is a great board. Lolife99.

This is sorta related, is there a section on this board where we can voice an opinion on a parts deal we made with a member, whether it be positive or negative
So far Ive only had positive dealings with people like, ljbear and billsbowtie, it would be alot easier if I knew where to look regarding members dealings, is there such a place and Im just to stupid to find it? |

Tony has been banned, and will stay banned, He does this kind of thing way to often... I'm tired of his constant excuses etc. He will not be coming back.
