It looks like a horribly complicated mess. Too many wires. Too much electronics. Personally, I'd just prefer a nice 500+ inch big block.

Sending that link to my dad. He designed turbochargers for Garrett for 23 years. We had many turbo cars when I was growing up. Most of them were the prototypes for the factory turbo cars, including the Saab, SVO Mustang and the Grand National.
