have money going to buy soft top need help

Got my travel pay today and going to buy a soft top for the ol'blazer. I pretty much have decided on the Fast trac. I was just wondering if someone could show me pictures of the tracking fixtures. Also I was reading one of Tonyp's posts and he mentioned that with the sides off it was hard to drive on the highway. Just wondering if anyone else had this problem. Also has any one else bought a different color than black? I am thinking about the charcoal denim top.

I bought a Dark Tan Fast Trac from Kayline, they sent me a swatch book of all the colors. Ask ST if they have them and can send you one. I've driven on the highway without the windows on with no problems but mostly drive it with top down.

Do a search in the archives, I believe board member Pierce put a detailed installation on at one time.

Review I did and some pictures of colors.
CK5 Members get a discount on http://offcamber4x4.com/ It's enough to pay for the membership and then some. It drop ships right from STC so same delivery time as going directly to STC and ordering.

Still happy with mine. Only problem is sun and weather did a number on some of the stitching. I need to have a seam redone but other wise trouble free.

I got the color samples from Steve at CK5 (not sure if that is offcamber or not). I decided to go with the white because it is almost an exact match to my off-white interior. The biggest decision is Fasttrac or Snaptop. I think I've decided to go with the Fasttrac. Now, I just gotta get off my butt and order it before the end of Summer!

Offcamber is CK5's store.

I like the spice because it's a lighter color. I have a Kayline for my 4Runner (came with it) and it's black. I had it draped over some stuff in the sun WOOOOO it transmited some heat. I couldn't hardly hold that booger to move it. My Spice top never has got that hot. Really happy with the lighter color for that.

Now what I am not happy about with the light color is I have to park under a 70ft tall magnolia. So always inm the weather and it's taking it toll with dirt and stuff. Little extra time cleaning. If I could garage it would be better.

Do you think the demim or the stone would be easier to keep clean? I like the texture of the demim better (seems a little more high-end) but I would think it would be a little harder to clean. Not that it really matters for me since the white only comes in the stone texture, just curious.

I have the fast trac top and since I'm used to tight fitting Jeep tops, I was disappointed in this top.

This top was on the blazer when I bought it and was prolly 2 yrs old. Mine leaks like a sive over the rear wheelwells because the outer piece of the top folds up and holds the rain right where the seam is.

Does anyone else have problems with their top leaking??

Any suggestions???

I am going to go with the gray denim. I think it will hold up in the sun better with less shirinkage that the vinyl. I need to get that thing ordered this week or I will never be able to enjoy it.
