Hi so where is the strap on the bed .... on the right side ... behind the tire ? ...i see a piece of steel with a rubber on the frame but i can move it as it goes no where right now .. did this go up to the bed ? ....light prob ..... HELP hugh

as far as where it is isn't as important as how it is

i just made a ground strap out of heavy wire with an round terminal end on each end and used nuts and bolts to hold one end to the bed the other to the frame SHINEY METAL ON SHINEY METAL MAKES GOOD GROUND
