6-lug Rear Disc Brake Conversion

I am sure this has been covered in some respect before, I didn't get anything back on the search though. Anyone done a 6-lug rear disc conversion before? Working on 70 SWB Coil Spring rear. I would like to convert to discs for as little as possible by buying parts from the pull a part or making brakets, etc. Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Chad
