'67 cabs

Good '67 cabs are very hard to find. I actually gave up & started doing a top clip conversion. Got a '67 cab for free that had a good roof. Everything else wa shot. Cut it at the bottom of the windshield posts & at the point behind the gas tank where the inner cab metal meets the outer cab metal. Did the same on a good '72 cab. Now the hard part is joining the '67 roof clip onto the good lower portion. This is for a '67 short fleet long term project I'm working on.

If that doesn't work out for you, you might try getting ahold of Teeitup. I know he had a really nice 67 cab annd chassis out at his place just north of Topeka KS. I don't know if he still has it or not, just a thought..

Just a thought here too. I was thinking that a guy could find a clip top off of any 67 - 72 40 to 70 series cab chassis truck since they used small back windows. Might even find them with no rust and use it clear down to the rocker splice. Only problem may be clearance lights.
