205 transfer case question

Is the output shaft the same on all 205 transfer cases including all the chevy's & other brand trucks like old Dodges? I'm looking for one like is in my 71 chevy for a pattern to make a solid one. I also have a 69 Dodge with a divirced one in it. Doe anyone know if they are about the same?

I cant say all would be the same as some had a fixed yoke output while others had a slip yoke type. The older styles like ours are the fixed yoke.

Either Ford or Dodge, (I know, doesn't narrow it down much) has the front line on the opposite side.
