Aftermarket parts are slim for 91
I recently purchased a 1991 fullsize Blazer and have been looking for stuff to put on it. I can't seem to find any nerf bars for it. I've only found two companies that make billet grilles. I know that 91 was the last year for the old body style, but this is ridiculous.

Other then things dealing with front clip anything that fits a 87 will work on a 91 including nurfs. What is different on a 91 over a 8z is the grill set up, NP241 transfer case and the axles had higher spline count and you could get power mirrors. The rest is cosmetic.
