10 bolt Eaton debate/this may ans some ?'s

From the previous owner's paper work, can somebody decode this number?

This is what I found in the records word for word..."no. on front hogshead of reareand 10 bolt is 3934635, on the 1971 3/4 ton Chevy Truck...3.73 gear 41-11 teeth".

Can somebody check this out and tell if that number justifies a 3.73 "factory" rear end gear set?
