Help with A/C...Not moving much air.

I have an 84 Burb. A/C blows cold but it doesnt seem like the fan is moving much air through the vents. I also have air comeing from the heater vents near the feet.

Is there an upgrade available for the fan that moves more air?

What else should I check?

Thanks in advance.

On the passenger side of the engine compartment there is a vacuum hose coming out of the fire wall. It's what makes all the flaps work. if it's not hooked up all the air will dump though the floor vents reguardless of what you set it on. There is also a duct uner the dash that is over installed wrong. It feeds the vent at the drivers left knee. It connects behind the ashtray. Make sure it's installed right or everythign will just dump out behind the dash. Simular deal on the passengerside.

There are some vacuum servos on the blower box that could also be disconnected. Infor here.
