We shot color on the inside of the cab yesterday. I hope to have it finnished in the next day or two. Kind of depends on my scedule. Anyway one step closer!!! What do you think of the color? I like it, but don't think that it will show the chrome verry well. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

Will truck be assembled by open house in August? Are you painting exterior a solid color and using upper and lower trim? If so I bet with new trim it will shine well. If you two tone it that helps highlight trim also.

It is going to be one solid color. Peuter (spell) The only trim will be the grill, cargo light, front and rear bumpers. I also may install upper, lower tailgate trim and the taillight bezels. Not sure on that yet. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

Mine is based off of a Saturn metallic silver that we lightened up and put bigger and lots more metallic into.

It sure sounds simeler, but I think mine would be darker. At least from some angles. Mine also changes some depending on what angle the light comes from. Have you had an opertunity to mount any chrome to it? This was my only fear about this color. I am afraid it may not show the chrome too well and I do not like the mono color look if you know what I mean...LOL WES

Won't be much in the way of chrome on mine, just emblems and a new grill. Won't even have windshield chrome. I bet your color will look just fine with chrome.
