Thumbs up 1969 GMC FS/Trade

I have a 1969 GMC truck for sale. It is white. It has rust on the rocker panels. It is starting to rust around the windshield on passenger side. Everywhere else on truck is very solid. It has a 1995 chevy 350 with fuel injection, computer, and 700r4 overdrive transmission. It is on a 1983 3/4 ton suburban frame. It rides and drives great. Has 16" chrome wheels with great tires. A/C needs charge to work. Has power window, PS, PB, new fuel pump, new carpet, recovered headliner, overhead console, bucket seats with center console, telescoping tilt steering wheel from a corvette. The main thing that needs repair is a starting problem. It will not start without starting fluid. If you spray a small amount of starting fluid in intake it starts right up and runs great. I have not had time to figure out what the problem is, I am sure it is something small I have overlooked. Wife says I need to sell it to support my new project (38' chevy truck). Price is $2000 OBO/any trades considered (just don't tell my wife).
I will try to post pics soon. Thanks, Jeff Womack LaPorte 281-470-9373

What kind of shape is the body in? Do the doors have any rusted areas on the bottom of the doors?

The area around the windshield is rusting pretty bad, but is still repairable. The rockers need repair, floorboard is excellent, the body is in very good shape other than the windshield. I don't believe the doors have any rust on them, but I will have to look to be sure. Give me a call if you are interested. 281-470-9373
Thanks, Jeff
