Hey any of the Kelowna members going to the car show tomorrow??

I'm going to try and make it. This time I have a digital camera!!! (LOL)

For those of you unaware, it's supposed to be from 3:00pm - 9:00pm on Bernard (downtown) on Saturday July 24, 2004.

Hopefully there will be more than one 67-72 this time!! HAHAHA! (That's a hint for you guys - you seem to have some pretty decent trucks

)

Won't be heading down there this time, going fishing tonight!

hopefully next year will start seeing more at the shows, try and convince my 3 buddys with 68 shortbox fleetsides to take theres down to them once there all finished

Hey, fishing's good too! Nice to get out on the lake with a fishing rod and a couple a brewski's, er, I mean thermos of coffee!

Sweet! You should enter your truck - you have a kick-ass truck man! Ah well, sometimes you just have to sit back, enjoy the show, and let the other guys have a few trophies too!

Digital cameras rule! Last time I went, I had my 35mm, took a ton of photos, and then forgot about the rolls of film! Then one day, I gathered up the all the rolls of film, not knowing what was on them - and to my surprise!!! Almost like going to the car show all over again!! HAHHAHA

pic one belongs to the blue truck above.

The last one was an awesome truck! It isn't a 67-72 but it's still a Chev, and a mighty big one too! It had 44" super swampers, a cummins turbo diesel motor, air lift suspension, all the goodies.

hey benson that is tyler collins truck, his younger brother has a black short fleet 68 too, one day we will all get out together and cruise, ryan said he is bringing his truck up to a buddies monday to get going on paint and body work too, its the one he got from junkyardjohn...in a summer or 2 we will have a good pack

Yup sure wish Dad still had the 67, but hey what can you do. "robs" truck is going up to get bodywork and paint hopefully he will get it up there this week.

the suburban with the turbo diesel is a WILD truck. It's a buddy of mines good friend Jason who owns it, that thing has incredible power. At the recent Top Truck Challenge i believe he won the accelarator challenge and the dump truck pull. He only had 2 wheel drive also!
