I've been running an Autogage tach in my truck for a few years with no problems.
The wires are very small, however. Somewhere around 20 or 22 gauge, if I remember! I had trouble with any sort of crimp connectors staying tight, so I did it the right way and soldered them. For the price, I'd run them on a street vehicle again. In my race car, though, I won't compromise - genuine AutoMeter all the way. DJS |

I've got an AutoGuage 3.75" Tach in my truck, had it for a few years now. It's the only one I could find at the time, that WASN'T 5". Yes, the wires are 22-guage, but soldering did the trick.
