I guess that Josh laid the hammer down on the babes in Bikinis Thread.It seemed like a little fun for a while but I guess it would have eventually blown out of proportion.Didn't mean any harm, just wanted to see chicks in Bikini's next to some cool trucks. Your site is still cool with me Josh.

I would say that the most of us do like to see those pics but there are other sites that have those kind of pictures. And yes it would get carried too far for those that come to this site at work or at home with kids around.

It was closed because the last post like that crashed the server, and I was up all night for a few weeks fixing things while everyone was *****ing to me as to why wasnt search etc. working after they went overboard and crashed it all.....

Yeah, the last thread like that had over 6,000 pics. That had to take up a ton of space. Awesome pics, but the server seemed slower every time I logged on.

There is another bikini thread that someone posted a link to recently. Can't remember the thread or person, maybe someone else knows of it.

Like the others said, Josh pulled it due to size, and the fact that this is a family site, and the thread was not geared towards that.

My avatar is a cartoon, and quite less offensive than most of the pics in the bikini thread.

I never complained about the thread, it didn't bother me one bit, but there were others who didn't feel the same way.

No offense taken, I was simply commenting on what Josh said when it was closed down and others whined.

Hey people I just wanted to have a little fun, Didnt realize that there was a computer crashing problem, nor did I think that there was a problem with the family thing. I didnt ask for hard core , just babes in bikinis.Sounds like I aint the first pioneer on this subject though.We sure dont want Josh up all night , nor do I want anyones kids getting to see something offensive to them and their parents.lesson learned.

Don't worry about it. Judging by your number of posts you weren't around when it happened. The thread was several hundred pages - how many posts? Over 10,000 I believe...

Anyway yeah it's entertaining, but I think Josh is just being cautious. He doesn't want to be in the same boat as last time, and who knows how fast and big that could get...
